Our constructions have the modularized circuit of the carcass, which ensures the three-dimensional hardness of construction and considerably simplifies installation works.

The details of modules and well-shaft system are interchanged. This gives the possibility to change the replacing width of constructions, adding or removing the standard elements of the carcass. When repairing or the elements (details) the complete dismantling is not necessary.

For the installation of constructions of LLC "NEATEH STROY" the minimum preparation of area in the volume of the simple levelling off of the site is required. The supporting system used completely substitute foundation, and if necessary, it can be dismantled and displaced in the new place with the basic complete set of building.

In contrast to the alternative analogues Carcass-Awning constructions, LLC "NEATEH STROY" does not use one-piece membrane enclosing PVC constructions, and belts and capronic cords in the strain system with the period of service up to 3 months.

Awning cloth is basis from polyester, covered from two sides with polyvinyl chloride and protective varnish, the durable and elastic material, which preserves its characteristics at temperatures from -50°C to + 50°C. With the production of awning PVC cloths are used acrylic and Teflon varnishes - this gives cloth such properties as resistance to ultraviolet, pollution, prolongation of the period of its service (15 years and more).

The problem of redistributing the wind loads on the body and simplifications in the installation works is solved by the installation of the discrete fabrics of the standard width, equal to interframe distance. This awning construction is registered as a useful model (reg. № 2007118201).

The knot of the fixation of flexible width to the carrier of frame structure and the system of stretch are made from the metallic details, the period of operation of which is not less than the period of the operation of the entire building. This solution is registered as a useful model (reg. № 2007118407). Thus, the repair of the enclosing constructions does not entail their complete replacement.

The delivery set includes the primary constructions of metal-body, the supporting system, and enclosing wall- and roofing woven PVC constructions. To each supplied construction the following is added:

• Product passport;
• The list of the completing units of the construction;
• Installation and maintenance specification;

The modular system of the product allows making around 1000 different constructions (see a model range).

Our construction makes it possible to make mobile shelters, shelters with the driving off roof for the work with the large-dimension cargos. The type of the awning cloth is determined in accordance with the wishes of customer (width, color, the temperature range, weight and other parameters). Coating metal frame also can be different depending on the region of the installation of building, its intended purpose and so forth. The cost of construction depends on dimensions of building, type of the selected cloth; coating of metal frame and in the conversion to the square meter of the covered surface is from 100USD to 180USD.

LLC “NEATEH STROY” carries out the installation supervision. Period of assembling such a building by crew of 6-8 people without special skills is about 1 month.

Period of production is 1 month from the moment of preliminary payment. In “hot” seasons the production time is subject to an additional agreement.

The complete set of the construction ( near 1000 m?) fits in one 40 ft container or in 2 trucks.
